Limits and defaults

Values in the generated tables come straight from the application’s constants and settings defaults. Where a value is configurable, the people operating your installation may have chosen a different value within the allowed range.

Also bounded: success criteria (at most 20, each at most 500 bytes), titles (3 to 200 characters), desired outcomes and clarifications (12 000 bytes), review findings shown (20), the pull-request bot allowlist (1 to 100 exact owner/name entries), and the Changes list (the 200 most recently updated).

Events are listed 50 per page (the API allows up to 100). CSV export returns at most 10 000 rows, newest first. Events are append-only with no purge.

Each runner has one job slot. Memory injects at most the 20 most recently updated active records, 2 000 characters each; a record’s title is 2 to 160 characters, its content 2 to 8 000, its source 2 to 500. A profile name is 2 to 120 characters, its instructions up to 8 000, with up to 8 provider mappings and 20 required labels. An execution environment declares 1 to 50 tools.

The approval window is set per environment and defaults to 60 minutes (5 minutes to 7 days). Registration tokens expire after 15 minutes. A release has 1 to 50 artifacts, each with a sha256: digest. Cancellation and reconciliation reasons are 10 to 500 characters, and reconciliation evidence is at most 32 KB. Runner concurrency is 1 to 8.
